West Michigan Transcription Services, LLC was started 17 years ago by Chris Defever to provide quality transcription at a reduced rate to lessen the cost of extra staff in the doctor's office.  Pat Schenk joined the company in 1997 and became a full partner in 1999. We have worked hard to implement innovative technological changes as they become available to provide efficiency and productivity at the lowest cost to our clients. Other companies use sophisticated, expensive up-front systems that look flashy, but they achieve basically the same results. Many of our health care providers have been with us for 10 years or more. We strive to provide quality service in a timely manner at a reduced cost.
