Customized Transcription
The most efficient method for transcription is through digitally recorded sound files which are electronically transmitted to us and returned to you as formatted text files for printing in your office. We recommend handheld digital recorders, but dictation can also be done directly to your PC. Digital sound files are delivered by the encrypted secure data channel procedure CryptoHeaven. This delivery system is reliable and HIPPA compliant.
Files can be faxed and formatted to print on your plain paper fax. However,
our preference is to return files via a secure, HIPPA compliant web site,
similar to e-mail, in either WordPerfect or Word format for in-house printing. Thus, any necessary changes can be made by you prior to final printing.
Printing and delivery by WMTS is available for an additional charge. Taped dictation may be also sent via USPS or FedEx and printed files can be returned by Priority Mail or FedEx (there is an additional charge for FedEx delivery).
